Wednesdays, 2pm - 3pm, 5 March – 16 April

The Prayer Journey
Led by Sr Melanie Kingston
Prayer is a journey which continues throughout our own life and changes with age, our experiences, and the pattern of our life. We come together each week and give an hour to this prayer time, spending it in God’s presence, setting aside things we could otherwise do, and reflect on a Gospel passage selected.
The Prayer Journey meets monthly on Thursdays from 11am - 12pm at the House of Prayer (excluding July): 4 May, 1 June, 3 August, 7 September, 5 October, 2 November, 7 December.
Please e-mail admin@christian-retreat for further information.

Centering Prayer
Centering Prayer is a receptive method of silent prayer, following the teaching of Father Thomas Keating, which prepares us to receive the gift of contemplative prayer, in which we experience God’s presence within us. Our evening Centering Prayer group meets on weekdays, Monday - Friday, from 8.30pm to 9pm on Zoom.
